We offer two shipping methods:

• Standard Shipping ($12.95): Carrier: DHL or FedEx. Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
• Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50. Carrier: EMS. Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch

4.2 Shipping Restrictions

We ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote areas. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing.

4.3 Delivery Responsibility

Once the package leaves our facility, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

5. Returns & Exchanges

5.1 Return Policy

You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order, provided they are:

• Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• With all original tags attached
• In the original packaging

5.2 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Underwear & Nightwear
• Swimwear

Exceptions are made if these items arrive defective or not as described.

5.4 Refunds

Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after receiving your return and will be issued to your original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

We’re happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. For faster service, we recommend placing a new order while returning the original purchase.

5.6 International Returns

Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
